DJ Tommy — 1991 DMC World Eliminations

"Every man has a place, in his heart there's a space..." Fresh from the Smithson Archives—When DJ Tommy (張進偉) appeared at the 1991 DMC World Eliminations, Hammersmith Le Palais, London, his skills, though evident, were raw and unpolished and he failed to make the evening Finals. The next year however, he broke through and he kept improving—by '96, the third time he was Hong Kong champion, he famously won the Eliminations battle and finished second in the world to DJ Noize.
