Oncidicum Maintenance | Repotting Vigorous Orchid without Disturbing Roots - Fixing Out Grown Pots

In today’s video, I’m going to do some maintenance on my Miltassia Dark Star ‘The Orchid Works’. I repotted back in late July and ever since it’s given me 4 new bulbs. One of these bulbs is growing outside of the pot, and I already broke some of those roots when watering it, so I wanted to do something before my regular repotting time in the spring. Anticipating next spring’s repot - I wanted to disturb the roots as little as possible.

Almost all orchids grown indoors
Eastern Exposures (4-5 hours direct early morning sun) & LED Grow Lights
Zone 7a - Humid Subtropical
