Namaste, In this video you will learn pre practices and the technique of Mayurasana.

*Things to keep in mind while practice Mayurasana :-

1. Wrist rotation and wrist press
2. Shifting of the body weight
3. Engaged the abdomen muscles throughout the practice
4. Keep your shoulder blades away from the ears
5. Don’t drop the pelvic
6. Drawn the abdominal muscles towards the central line of the body
7. Keep your leg muscles also active
8. Allow the legs to come up, do not jump
9. Practice slowly and consciously
10. Be patience while practice
