The Sims 4 - Building Tutorial & Pop-Culture Speed Build NOCC Part 1

It's been a while, but I'm back again with the Sims. However, rather than just share another build, I wanted to show you how I do it. Perhaps it might be helpful for your own pop-culture builds in The Sims 4.

The tutorial is for new players/builders, and will have extensive review of all wall/fence/room tools. At the end, there is a complete speed build of my building the shell for a pop-culture house I am building for an example.
