Beautiful Palos Verdes Houses for Sale starting off in Lunada Bay on a very desirable street Dalton Rd. Then off to Paseo Del Mar before going to the top of the hill.
I really liked Littlewood Dr as the home had an open feel and had recently been upgraded. The quality seemed really good and there was a beautiful City view from many of the rooms, and a pool in the back.
There were two homes on this tour in Rolling Hills Estates up the Eastvale area and then a spectacular Estate at 29 Strawberry Ln that was extremely impressive. Strawberry probably had more money invested into it than the list price and was one of a kind. I was surprised to find soo many unique attributes to this home and it was incredible. The movie theater, the open kitchen, the guest house/work out room, a sauna bathroom that was massive and all lined in tile, and very well finished boys and girls room with a magnificent Master suite.
There were a few listings in Miraleste as the Via Subida house had a lot of square footage and views of the harbor.
26 Peppertree is in the moratorium area of upper Portuguese Bend and requires a lot of discussion about the home and area. It is truly unique, pleasant, and an area that is enchanted and rich with history. The land moves here as some homes are as much as 600 feet from their original landmark as a slide started in the 50's and the road moves about a inch a month to this date.
