This video was actually filmed a couple weeks ago but I’m happy I’m finally getting it out! I really tried to keep it as real and vulnerable as I could. Showing me no makeup, my gray hairs, being honest about my bad days, and talking about stuff that we all can probably relate to - the pressures we put on ourselves. It’s funny too because at first I even put an expectation on what this video was going to be about. As the day went on, that expectation came off, and I just let the day flow. Looking back at this, I’m glad I was able to let go and find some joy in the day and genuine moments happening during it.
