The training for a well developed player becomes a little different after doing every possible exercise out there.

After working beside Sino here, I have noticed the urgency between changing exercises after every ten minutes. We would not do anything longer than 20, and if it’s the maximum timer it is because there was a smooth flow.

Dynamic live ball exercises where he focuses on his control, footwork movements, and consistency.

My favorite part is that we were able to stimulate a couple of unique point situations where he even got to approach the net and work on his volley game.

I think it’s good to mix up training like this in order to keep your brain prepared for changes and surprises.
