Anthony Albanese condemns ‘slaughter of innocent people’ by Hamas

In a condolence motion in Australia's parliament, prime minister Anthony Albanese condemns the Hamas attacks on Israel and calls Hamas 'an enemy of all peace-loving Palestinian people'. Albanese says Israel has the right to defend itself against, saying 'we join the calls of President Biden and other partners for Israel to operate by the rules of law'.
