Should You Buy a Vega 64 in 2021? | An Owner's Retrospective

In 2017 AMD released the 8GB HBM2 Vega 64 and Vega 56. But how well has the Vega 64 aged? Is it worth the money, or should we ignore it and get a GTX 1080 instead? I've owned this Vega 64 for about two years, so during that time, I've had a lot of experience with it. So, given the history, do I recommend it?
