The Falkland Islanders That Guided Troops To Targets | Forces TV
Many of the roads that exist in the Falklands were not built 30 years ago when troops had to yomp their way through the wet and boggy ground from San Carlos for their date with the Argentine Forces. The enemy had embedded themselves in the mountains. It was here that the Falkland Islanders played their most pivotal role in guiding troops towards Argentine targets dug in on the mountains.
