RNYW Webinar.2_april_15_2013
The purpose of this webinar is to ensure that NYFOA woods-walk planners and leaders understand the objectives of the Restore New York Woodlands (RNYW) initiative, and are familiar with the resources available to help them conduct successful RNYW woods-walks.
The objectives of the RNYW Initiative are (1) to engage forest owners who are not NYFOA members, educate them about the regeneration and highgrading issues, and solicit their membership. (2) To inform other forest stakeholders and the general public about the benefits forests provide, and the importance of the regeneration issues, and the need to support the solutions to these issues.
