Plans to install a £300,000 statue of Magaret Thatcher in her home town of Grantham will be voted on today. This comes after Westminster rejected the statue to be erected in Parliament Square due to fears of vandalism. Jonathan Aitken and George Galloway debate whether or not there should be a statue of Britain's first female Prime Minister.
