Isokinetic muscle testing using the Biodex System 4
Students at Coastal Carolina University demonstrate isokinetic muscle testing using the Biodex System 4 (http://www.biodex.com/s4). The students are being taught how to use the System 4 to evaluate basic muscle function concepts in exercise physiology and exercise testing. The focus of this training session is how to use the System 4 to test quads and hamstrings. In addition to the classroom setting the device is also used by Coastal Carolina University for the testing and rehabilitation of student athletes.
