Hello Humans! Please help me reach my goal 500 SUBSCRIBERS by July 2020!!
Welcome to Dr. Rose Helps You Hear. This video will go over what it is like to have a Sloping Hearing Loss, AKA High Frequency Hearing Loss. I will go over possible etiologies/causes, the shape of the Audiogram and what sounds of speech can be missing. Presbycusis (age related hearing loss) is the main focus of this video. We will review good communication strategies for this type of loss (which can also apply to any hearing loss) and discuss future videos.
