A Day In The Life of a D1 Athlete (What It Takes)

A day in the life of a D1 athlete and what it takes! I wanted to give some info on my experience as a D1 softball player. I went to the University of Maine and played all four years. It was an experience! Here is what I think you need to know if you are, want to be, thinking about, or just getting started as a division 1 athlete. Of course my experiences are all personally based and based off my program, and softball specific sport. Yours may differ, but all in all you will be worked to the bone!!
