Russia ‘can and will be held accountable’ for war crimes
Military lawyer and defence academic Glenn Kolomeitz says Russia “can and will be held accountable” for committing war crimes.
“We’re seeing some pretty solid evidence of either intentional or indiscriminate attacks and certainly these excessive deaths, if Russia does argue they’re targeting military objectives,” he told Sky News Australia.
