Mindy Robinson was a high school athlete who started gaining weight after she had kids. Lupus and fibromyalgia also slowed her down. At 40, she decided to take control of her life. She attended a weight loss surgery seminar at Summa and a health system in Cleveland, choosing Summa for their follow-up and support. Two years after bypass surgery and 100 pounds lighter, she's kickboxing, beating her daughters in 5K races, and getting certified as a personal trainer.
