Creating a New Flower Bed on the Mound / Homegrown Garden

The mound is an area on my plot that is on a steep bank, at the highest point of my allotment. In the past it has been a difficult area to control, covered with perennial weeds including bindweed. In this video, you learn how I have hopefully killed off the bindweed to create an extension to the existing dry stone dahlia border.
