Elizabeth May at Green Candidates Rally, North Vancouver, May 31, 2015
Elizabet May delivers a barn burner of a speach at the Federal Green Party Rally in North Vancouver. She describes how the Greens are going to form a wall to protect democracy, the environment, the West, East and the Arctic Coasts. How they will fight to undo trade deals with countries like China to which we are giving away our raw resources. She infers that Canadians are tired of lying, greedy politicians who are selling out our country and that they are sick of being told there is no money for community programs when there are hundreds of billions lying around in corporate accounts complements of Canadian Conservative Corporate tax breaks. She states that small business is the backbone of the Canadian Economy and that the Greens will do everything they can to support small business. She describes how there is a growing wave of Green support which will sweep Canada and how now is the time to go to work for the country and the environment.
