How to Convert Landsat 8 DN to TOA Reflectance using ENVI Classic
Imaging sensors collect radiance data from either airborne or space borne platforms which must be converted to reflectance before analysis techniques can take place. Atmospheric correction techniques have been developed that use the data themselves to remove spectral transmission and scattered path radiance.
