In this video we unbox a Muskoka Ashby 58in. Freestanding Electric Fireplace / TV Stand. They retail for $460-$475 and I think we picked it up for $260 via Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals. During the Holiday season for a lot of people it's generally a bit colder outside, so here in TX the stores ramp up the selling of these electric fireplace units - we see them EVERYWHERE. I've been skeptical, but my wife wanted to take the leap.

Overall it was a fun build and a lot easier to put together than I had expected. Let us know what you think!! It's not a cool as a real fireplace of course, but for what it is I think it's pretty nice.
