Is replacing RV incandescent lighting with LEDs worthwhile?

When you consider the 90% battery power savings, 10X lifespan, superior vibration resistance (roads are not smooth, afterall), heat savings, and other benefits, the answer is a resounding HECK YES!

Dealers often charge $600 or more for LED conversions, but you can do your whole trailer for the what the dealer charges for a single fixture!

http://www.aliexpress.com - Just visit the site, and search for terms like "T10 12V LED" or "1156 12V LED", optionally with how many LEDs you want per bulb (brightness). Filter for free shipping, and find the cheapest/popular seller with good "star" ratings... :-)

As of 2017, prices are down to around $0.50 per LED bulb when bought 10 or 20 at a time, free (slow) shipping..
