★ Kusruthy (Pranks) is a story from the second volume of Kathu (Kathu 2) Kathu the superhit Malayalam cartoon series is basically a compilation of children's songs and kid's stories. The 3d animated cartoon movie is a super hit among children. The core theme of Kathu is the essential life values for children like Courage, Obedience, Empathy, Honesty, and a lot more.

Kathu the cute kitten is the central character of the movie. Kathu is a family story, the cute kitten lives with her dad, mom, and younger brother Kittu. Appu the squirrel and three grasshoppers are her best friends. Mother hen, uncle crane, oriole, the kingfisher family, the thieves Chindan and Chundan, and the villain Kandan are the main characters of this movie. Their pranks and plays make the songs and stories of this animation movie. In 2011 Kathu is selected as the best children's program by the State Chalachitra Academy, Government of Kerala. Nowadays Kathu is an integral part of every Malayali family.

★ One day Pupi made a mistake. The Mother Rabbit came to see the amaranthus he grew. Then came another guy questioning, the Earthworm . He said the plants do not belong to Pupi. Shall we see their arguments?
