Hello Again | My Slow Recovery from Severe Long Covid & ME/CFS

It feels really crazy finally being physically able to shoot and post this. I've been severely ill for the past four years and I wanted to reconnect with all of you and share what happened. It happened so suddenly and was so complete that I'd been cut off from the world. I mentioned in the video that one factor was reactivating Epstein-Barr, I forgot to indicate that this is a part of ME/CFS. My recovery has been about a year and a few months thus far. I still have a long way to go but I'm so glad to be back here!
