President Trump says he's leaving the hospital Monday evening, as the coronavirus outbreak continues to spread through the White House and Republican Party. CBS News political correspondent Ed O'Keefe and Washington Post political reporter Eugene Scott spoke to "Red & Blue" host Elaine Quijano about the president's message as he battles COVID-19.
