faux cloisonne jewelry box tutorial

Today I will show you how to decorate a plain Kraft paper jewelry box using paint to get a cloisonne look. First, we will paint the top of the box with black acrylic paint then you can paint the sides with metallic watercolor or any paint you like. After the paint dries, stamp an open-line image (I used a flower background stamp) on the lid with gold and heat emboss with gold powder. After that, paint the design with a variety of metallic watercolors. Enjoy the video and happy crafting!
