2001 F350 7.3 Project - Plastic Headlights Sanding Polishing To look like glass

I was debating for a while if i should even bother polishing the headlights, because i eventually want to upgrade my nose to a 2016 Front Nose, and also because the headlights had those 3 plastic studs sticking out and would ruin the polishing pads. So i decided to just go ahead and sand those stupid nobs down, they are honestly kinda pointless, if they are used for alignment, who cares, headlights can be adjusted well without this knobs.
