For decades, the person holding the spray wand or driving the tractor has faced a persistent trade‑off: effectiveness versus exposure. Even with modern enclosed cabs and advanced nozzles, the potential for chemical contact—through drift, splash, or simple proximity—has never been fully eliminated. Meanwhile, terrain challenges, long hours, and the need for consistent coverage add further complexity.

Mobility is often the hidden limitation of spray equipment. Soft soil, moderate slopes, and uneven ground can immobilize underpowered machines, especially when the tank is full. The Vigorun sprayer addresses this with two 1500W all‑copper brushless motors—one for each drive side. Copper windings are generally preferred over aluminum because they conduct heat more effectively and maintain electrical efficiency under sustained loads. Brushless motors also eliminate brush wear, which tends to reduce long‑term maintenance needs.

The combined 3000W of available power is not intended for high‑speed transport. Instead, it is directed toward low‑end torque. The transmission system is direct drive, meaning the motors connect directly to the wheels or tracks without belts, chains, or gearboxes. Direct drive systems have fewer components that can slip, stretch, or break, which can contribute to improved reliability over time. More importantly, they deliver torque almost instantaneously at low speeds—a helpful characteristic when the sprayer is carrying its full 600‑liter load and needs to climb a gentle incline or cross a damp furrow.
