Classic slow cooker beef olives recipe & cook with me :)

Hey guys :)
Thanks for stopping by! I thought I'd just pop up my recipe for beef olives....incredibly tasty and full of flavour! Much easier than you'd think guys....the only tricky bit is tying them up, but it's easy once you get the hang of it :) I've listed the ingredients below in case you want to give it a go....

Shopping list-

1 Large roughly diced onion
300g Sausages (whatever kind you like) I used pork, beef sausages also work really well.
200g Diced carrots
200g Diced turnip/swede
600ml Beef stock
100ml Olive oil
1 Small onion, finely diced
4 Slices of thin beef steak
1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg
1 Teaspoon garlic
2 Teaspoons sage
1 Teaspoon thyme
Salt & pepper to thyme
