Why You Should NOT Poison or Worm Horses - Worm A Horse That Needs It ONLY

Too often in the horse world of "Experts" everyone will say worm your horses if they need it or not. This is a BAD practice and is NOT good for the horse. It is like you taking Antibiotics all the time Just in case you need them. All kind of bad things come from that.

People will say if ONE horse has worms, they ALL have them, NOT TRUE. People will say ALL horses have worms so it good to give them Worm Poison just in case, that is just FOOLISH.

Worms can be less damaging than the worming medicine in some cases. A young healthy horse can fight the worms where an older horse may not be able to fight so well.

Testing your horse's poop for worms is the only way to tell if you need to give your horse worm poison. To do so without testing is not good for you or the horse.

I say Don't give your horse de worming poison unless the poop test indicates the horse has worms and THEN ONLY TREAT THE WORMS THEY HAVE.

DO NOT listen to idiot Barn Witches, Barn Managers, Horse Trainers, Farriers or Vets that tell you just give your horse ALL THE ROTATION OF WORMING POISON to make sure you get any worms. That is just ignorant.

NO FISH IN HORSE WATER - when you see fish in horse water you know the owners are lazy since put them their so they would not have to clean and check the water. You also know they are Lazy and NOW they have another excuse not to clean the water since they have to catch and protect the fish which is too much trouble so it is easier to NOT clean, dump and change the water. Fish in horse water people are the worst when it comes to cleaning horse water. And for the POND people that love to say there are fish in ponds, A water bucket IS NOT A POND.

The pond argument is the old dumb excuse from ignorant BWs use so that people think they are smart. A pond is a natural body of water the filters itself in the ground. They are also deeper so the sun does no get to the bottom to create algae growth. Humans can drink from a swimming pool but not all the time as their only source of water. If a horse has a choice he will drink clean water over dirty water. It is better for their immune system and keeps them healthier. A small water bucket is stagnant water used by birds with fleas, flies, mosquitoes, dogs, coyotes, skunks, raccoon, rats and other things, they need to be cleaned, checked for dead things and dumped regularly. Any other excuse is just that, a lazy ass excuse.
