How I made my Own ESP32-S3 Development Board?

🚀 I designed and built my own ESP32-S3-based embedded system development board — and it worked perfectly on the first try! 🔌✨

Ever since I got into electronics and embedded systems during college, I’ve worked with boards like Arduino, ESP32 dev kits, and Teensy. But deep down, I always had a dream — 👉 What if I could one day design a development board of my own?

This year, I finally turned that dream into reality.

At the beginning of this year, I finally made that dream a reality.
I designed a custom board using the ESP32-S3 module as the core. I made sure to expose all the GPIO pins and added dedicated I2C and SPI connectors for seamless integration with sensors and peripherals.

I created the schematic and PCB layout using EasyEDA, and got the PCBs manufactured through Robu.in (Not Sponsored). Once the boards arrived, I carefully soldered the components myself, plugged it in, and uploaded code using the Arduino IDE — and to my surprise (and relief), it worked flawlessly on the very first attempt! 😄

This project has been an incredibly rewarding experience that brought together hardware design, hands-on assembly, and firmware testing. While it may be a small step technically, it represents a significant milestone in my growth as an engineer and maker. 💡💥

For anyone considering building their own development board — I wholeheartedly encourage you to try it. The learning curve is absolutely worth it, and the satisfaction of bringing your own design to life is unmatched.
