08' 09' Taurus/Sable SECM No communication with ABS module error

Show the steps to come to the conclusion that the SECM/PSCM was faulty/not communicating with ABS module. This module on this car is used to reduce engine power used by reducing flow to rack when not needed. In certain circumstances such as an ABS event this should be operating and sending a signal to the SECM to allow more flow to the rack.
There was no other code other than SECM "No communication with ABS module" My thoughts are that the CANBUS & gate chips failed. It was more cost effective to buy a used part with the same version code and part #.
The AS BUILT data (2 lines in this case also matched up) With some modules you may have to insert your VIN in hex code and if it's a new module it would have to have the software put on with FORD IDS and the AS Built data.
The last part of the video is an overview of other FORD rack type systems and the differences.
Verify all associated fuses and power & CAN signal (s) to the module
are functioning as well as condition of wiring before concluding that any module is defective.
