⭐食譜内的酵母是速溶酵母,如果用活性乾酵母,用量是速溶酵母的2倍,需要用溫牛奶或溫水和糖活化。
⭐食譜用的是蛋白質含量為12%的高筋麵粉,如果低於12%的麵粉請減少牛奶的用量。
⭐因爲發酵環境的溫度各有不同,發酵時間僅作參考,需要觀察麵糰發酵的大小而調整發酵時間。

⭐ La levadura en la receta es levadura instantánea. Si se usa levadura seca activa, la dosis es el doble que la de la levadura instantánea y debe activarse con leche tibia o agua tibia y azúcar.

Horno precalentado a 200℃/400℉ para hornear durante unos 12-15 minutos
