How Welcoming Are Coffee Shops In England??

I was walking past a newly open coffee shop located in South London ( Croydon ) as I passed a friendly gentlemen stopped me and said hello and asked me if I would like to come in for a coffee and croissant as it was their first day open. I took the opportunity and said yes also mentioned to him that I am YouTuber and I make videos. I told him I would be more than happy to do a shop review so I went and got my GoPro8 camera then I went back to the coffee shop where I was greeted by friendly staff and I must say they had good customer service. In this video I do a coffee shop review trying the cappuccino and snacks.
