Successful transport is at the core of rescue. Complex planning, security, logistics, licenses, equipment, and protocol goes into each transport. No Dogs Left Behind coordinates efforts with partner organizations and local resources to perform logistics under adverse conditions.

What makes it so complex is that in addition to securing the dogs safely and securely, some dogs must be constantly monitored and provided with continuous care throughout the journey. All correct permits, vaccination books, and all certificates necessary in order to be in compliance with the law. With all of that in place, the transport is still at risk. Several regions are hotbeds of dog trafficking and are hostile territory.
