2:48 Workout Info:
For this workout you’ll perform 4 exercises in ascending and descending ladder fashion. Because of the way this workout is designed, the warm-up is already built into the workout.

So, you’ll perform one rep of each exercise for round one, then 2 reps of each exercise for round 2 and so on until your 10th round where you perform 10 reps of each exercise, that’s the top of the ladder.

Then for the 11th round you’ll perform 9 reps of each exercise, 12th round 8 reps, and continue until your 19th round where you will perform just 1 rep of each exercise again.

That’s 100 reps per exercise, or 400 total reps to burn body fat, improve muscle definition, and sculpt your best set of abs you’ve ever had.

You should use a weight that is 50% of your 1 Rep Max for Floor Presses, and use that same weight for all exercises in this workout.

Your goal is simply to complete the entire ladder in the shortest amount of time possible, so the rest times are up to you, be sure to push yourself and give this your all. The harder you work, the better the results.

To burn fat, you need to be in a caloric deficit. As a general rule of thumb, a great calorie deficit that will allow you to achieve quick fat burning results is to multiply your bodyweight in pounds by 11. Ex. if you weigh 200 Lb, you should aim to eat 2,200 calories each day.

Without enough protein, you can risk also losing your hard-earned muscle. So aim for 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight.

Using the same example, if you weigh 200 Lb, you should aim to get 200 grams of protein each day as well within those 2,200 calories.
