INGREDIENTS

FOR THE APPLE FILLING

4 cups peeled apples, sliced ¼-inch thick, (4-5 apples)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup Baileys rum cream
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/3- 1/2 cup brown sugar, amount depending on how sweet you want your pie,
2tablespoon vanilla pudding powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/3 teaspoon salt
Place the peeled, sliced apples in a large bowl.
Add the cinnamon , lemon zest..Set aside

Combine , flour , sugar , pinch of cinnamon , salt , vanilla powder ,vanilla, nutmeg, oats ,& butter. Fold all ingredients

Next :spread over the apples
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins

Serve with whip cream , ice cream or simply enjoy as is.
