食意粉,不是白汁就是紅汁?今次和大家分享一款綠色的醬汁,就是以新鮮菠菜為基調,再混合忌廉及芝士,製作成非常 creamy 的菠菜忌廉汁,入口香濃。菠菜含有豐富的鐵質及其他營養,多吃對身體好,意粉裡還加入了帶子、蝦肉及松子仁,口感層次十足,十分惹味。此外,影片還會分享如何利用多出的醬汁擺盤,做法簡單,在家也能輕鬆做出打卡美食!

基本材料:
寬扁麵 200克
蝦仁 150克
帶子 6件
松子仁 20克
鹽 少許
黑椒 少許

菠菜忌廉汁:
菠菜苗 300克
羅勒 2束
蒜 2瓣
水 200毫升
淡忌廉 200毫升
鹽 1茶匙
巴馬臣芝士 60克

Shrimps 150g
Scallops 6 pcs
Pinenuts 20g
Salt a pinch
Ground Black Pepper a pinch

Creamy Spinach Sauce:
Baby Spinach 300g
Basil 2 sprigs
Garlic 2 cloves
Water 200ml
Cream 200ml
Salt 1 tsp
Parmesan Cheese 60g
