Given the steep natural gradient of the land, the project adopts a vertical strategy.

An impressive access leads to a compact setup of overlapped spaces facing wide views. These concrete platforms appear to float one on top of each other.

In addition, a large courtyard is located at the back to provide natural light and cross ventilation, as well as an exterior extension of the living room.
