Join me (@countlessjourneys ) on an unforgettable journey through misty mountains, dramatic skies, and hidden treasures as we explore Shimla's surrounding gems. 🌄 We started the day unsure of what lay ahead as fog and rain threatened our plans, but soon, the clouds parted, giving us an incredible view of Himachal's beauty.

Our first stop: Kufri, a popular spot often known for its views. Although heavy fog forced us to skip it, this only added to the mystery of our adventure.

Next, we discovered the Stonned Shiv Temple, a unique structure carved by one man's vision, followed by the intriguing Virbhadra Gufa, revealing hidden mountain views.

Chail Palace was a true highlight with its royal interiors and exterior. The history of this palace captivated us, and we were so thankful for clear skies as we wandered the palace grounds.

Finally, we reached Kali ka Tibba, a magnificent white marble temple set against the clouds. This tabletop viewpoint left us in awe of the scenic views and spiritual energy.

As the day ended, we witnessed an incredible blend of rain and sunshine, symbolizing the unpredictable beauty of Shimla. 🌧️☀️ Driving back through the foggy night, we felt the thrill of being immersed in the wild landscapes.
