Hi! Today I will be sharing my breastfeeding experience and the route I decided to take to feed baby Liv. This is a very controversial topic and a very sensitive one for me.

By no means do I want to offend any mom out there if you either chose to formula feed, Eping or exclusively breast feed nor am I encouraging one over the other. This is just my story and my own personal struggles and the research I made on Eping. As I mentioned you already did the biggest part which is giving birth to that beautiful baby of yours! Do what's best for YOU and YOUR BABY. Do what would make YOU and YOUR BABY happy and don't feel like you need to ever explain yourself on the decisions you take about feeding your baby. As a parent we all need to do our research on every decision we make but by encouraging each other regardless is a step forward.
