Bollywood & Tollywood Dance Mix (My Sister's Sangeet!) | Deepica Mutyala

I watch this dance mix and it makes me smile so much because it brings back so many fun memories from my sister's wedding. I can't believe how many family and friends from both sides came together to do this dance remix. Everyone basically stayed up the night before and learned all of this so I have to say I'm pretty impressed with how it somehow always ends up coming together. Also, if you're thinking wow that's one big family, you're totally right. I thought the Mutyala's were big but with this marriage, our family has literally doubled and we couldn't be happier to welcome the Reddy's into our lives!

Fun fact: I tried to get out of doing this dance lol. I was emcee'ing the reception and singing at it. The idea of learning a dance the day before in addition to sleep deprivation sounded painful, but hey sister of the bride duties called and now looking back I'm SO happy I did it! Precious memories for sure.

Also, for anyone wondering, the sangeet is sort of our version of a rehearsal dinner..kind of. We also had a mendhi dinner the day before this (& 15+ other events leading up to the actual sangeet) but this was the day RIGHT before the wedding/reception. It's usually a big dance party and thought to be more laid back and less formal. A time for family and close friends to get together before the big day. Her sangeet was still 600 people lol. Insane!
