What I've realized is most of the time when the patients come to me and I ask them how is your face do you feel any dryness and they ask me how do I know whether the face is dry? Simple things so the moment you wash your face with your face face wash if you feel a sense of tightness immediately after the face wash then it is the indicator that your face is becoming dry. Another thing is visible flaking of the skin. So you see white scales coming on your skin the next is redness. Redness is also a sign of dryness then textural changes you feel suddenly the skin is becoming rough in texture there is increased textural issue on the skin and there is increased thickness when you touch the skin it feels little bit thicker because of the associated inflammation with it and another thing is burning of the skin. So when you are applying any creams you first initially feel a burning sensation or the tingling sensation. This is definitely a sign of dryness and what you should do for this watch my next video.
