Train Journey between Okayama and Kōchi aboard Nanpu Express
The Nanpu Express Train service between Okayama on Honshu Island and Kōchi, capital of Kōchi Prefecture on Shikoku Island, is a fantastic way to enjoy the incredible beauty of Shikoku Island.
The end screen shows the statues of three historical figures from Kochi. The bronze statues are on permanent display in front of the main entrance of Kochi train station. The fellow in the middle is Sakamoto Ryoma, one of Japan's most celebrated revolutionaries devoted to political reforms which eventually led to the downfall of the Tokugawa shogunate and the beginning of Meiji Restoration.
