Jenny Companion Robot Prototype Field Test 1

We have built a companion robot titled Jenny ,a companion robot. Our objective was to be extremely frugal in edge compute while building this prototype -We used RPi4B , 8GB SD card. Groq LLM.
There is some latency issues and of course some hallucinations because of SLM (,20B tokens) and low end processing. In our next version, we will be going for Jetson orin Super Nano.
this project was an industry project from AIRAT SYSTEMS LLP . The students Mohammed Fawaz , Dish G, Dhanyashree, Shraddha P ,students of Department of Mechanical and Robotics Engineering ,Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management did a phenomenal job of doing this limited time and resources. The project was guided by Dr.Rathishchandra R. Gatti, CEO of AIRAT / DeanR&D.
Originality claim :
1. The head part is not ours - The 3D printed design was taken from the open source -In moov [https://inmoov.fr/]. Thanks to them.
2. What we developed was the body with speakers and Mic , the power management circuit, the LCD captions display ,TTS-LLM-STT integration, Vision-Language-Action python scripts.
