World's Largest Hampton by Hilton Handed Over | Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah | AACD Project

Hampton by Hilton Project, the 515 Keys beach hotel at Al Marjan Island Ras Al Khaimah completed handing over. The project employed by MR Properties, engineered by JT & Partners boasts itself to be the largest Hampton by Hilton in the World as of date, has an overall budget of AED 300 Million, and a total area of 39,625 m².

The hotel consists of two major levels: the podium level, which consists of all the public regions for luxury recreation, including ultra-luxury beach front recreational area with a subsequent area of pools, food & beverage outlets, specialty restaurants, lobbies, and relaxation areas, and the tower level that functions with 515 rooms and suites offering uninterrupted luxury living experiences. The wide rooftop consists of three chiller zones and
two fire exits.

The hotel will also showcase 450 meters of a private white sand beach, a 1,000 square meter pool, and other recreational facilities including a children’s club, a health club, and water sports facilities. An observation deck will also offer splendor views of the island's coastal landscape.
