So we're back with one more unique recipe from Indore. This place called Baati wala serves delicious varieties of Baati. Ever heard of Pizza Baati? Yes, this place gives the Italian twist to the traditional rajasthani delicacy. The Baati are first cooked over a grilled oven and then roasted over a charcoal which gives it a smokey flavour. Then, the final dish is served with cheese and pizza mix herbs on top.
