THIEBOU YAPP SUWERR POUR TOBASKI |SPECIAL EID JOLLOF RICE

How to cook Jollof rice/benachin/thiebouyapp or brown rice and lamb for a special occasion, recipe in english and french.
English
*Season lamb with mustard,salt and black pepper.

*Blend the spring onions, chilli, garlic, parsley and two onions. Divide it into two halves.

*Heat the oil for 55-minutes, then add the 'yate' to the oil.

*Leave for two minutes then add the mixed lamb, and stir fry for five minutes.

*Now add the blended ingredients(first half) and stir-fry to a golden-brown colour.

*Add enough water to cook the vegetables and the rice (later on).

*Now add the lamb shoulder

*Remove the lamb mix as you don't want it to overcook.

*Leave the shoulder to cook well, then remove it and add more spice as shown in the video.

*Add the vegetables now, leave to cook for a bit and remove it.

*Now add the other blended ingredients (second half).

*Make-sure you spice it up before adding the rice, leave to cook for approximately 35-40 minutes depending on the quantity of the rice.
French

* Assaisonnez l'agneau avec la moutarde, le sel et le poivre noir.

* Mélangez les oignons de printemps, le piment, l'ail, le persil et deux oignons. Divisez-le en deux moitiés.

* Faites chauffer l'huile pendant 55 minutes, puis ajoutez le "yate" à l'huile.

* Laisser pendant deux minutes, puis ajouter le mélange d'agneau et faire sauter pendant cinq minutes.

* Maintenant, ajoutez les ingrédients mélangés (première moitié) et faites sauter à une couleur brun doré.

* Ajouter assez d'eau pour faire cuire les légumes et le riz (plus tard).

* Ajoutez maintenant l'épaule d'agneau

* Enlevez le mélange d'agneau car vous ne voulez pas qu'il soit trop cuit.

* Laissez l'épaule bien cuire, puis retirez-la et ajoutez plus d'épice, comme indiqué dans la vidéo.

* Ajoutez les légumes maintenant, laissez cuire un peu et retirez-le.

* Ajoutez maintenant les autres ingrédients mélangés (deuxième moitié).

* Assurez-vous de pimenter avant d'ajouter le riz, laissez cuire environ 35-40 minutes en fonction de la quantité de riz.
