Caribbean Airlines Wins Best Airline Staff Award

For a second year, Caribbean Airlines Limited has been awarded the Best Airline Staff in Central America/ Caribbean 2024 Award by the UK ratings agency Skytrax.

The announcement was made on Monday at the World Airline Awards, often considered “the Oscars of the aviation industry,” at Fairmont Windsor Park in the United Kingdom.

The awards are determined by a global passenger satisfaction survey that solicits feedback from over 100 customer nationalities.

Reacting to the news, Chief Executive Officer of Caribbean Airlines, Garvin Medera, said the award is a testament to the dedication, passion, and hard work of the entire staff. He said being recognised by passengers and industry peers is a significant honour which fuels the commitment by Caribbean Airlines to continue exceeding customers’ expectations.
