QB's Perspective – Kurt Warner breaks down Seattle Seahawks defensive game tape

In this episode of StudyBall, we're continuing our divisional, team-by-team series, now diving into the Seattle Seahawks defense. We’ll talk about things that stand out to me as a QB when I watch the tape. I’ll break things down, as we do with everything here on QBConfidential, from a QB's perspective. We’ll take a look at some key pieces and key players that comprise this defense…the basic structure, and what I believe (as an offense on the other side of the ball) you’ll have to handle if you're going to have success against them.

Overall, Seattle doesn’t run an overcomplicated defensive scheme, until they start getting into their pressure packages. They play much more of a bend-but-don't-break type defense – very disciplined in what they do, but generally fairly simple in their approach.
